I enjoy the critical thinking involved, questioning everything: Who needs this product/feature, who is the target audience, what’s the idea and need, are we developing the right thing, why do we need to develop this product/feature, can we do it differently? And so on. The lateral thinking is also fun – sometimes you have to think outside the box.
